5 Wheel Hammer (Wu Lun Chui) techniques was founded by Chen Xiang, the founder of Choy Lee Fut kungfu. He combined the footwork in the North & the South for beginners. Same as 5 Wheel Footwork, it is one of the fundamental & required skills of Choy Lee Fut. Liang Nai Zhao is the Chair of the GuangZhou Association of Choy Li Fut. He learned the art from his mother, Zheng Shu Ling (a student of Chen Yao Xi), and Pan Fen, a Kung Fu uncle of his mother’s generation.
