4 Valve GY6 157qmj

This is just a short little video showing the start up of of GY6 155cc, 4 Valve project. To pull off this conversion, you do not need to bore the case, however you do need to split the case and install a 94 link chain. The kit also requires 213mm and 218mm cylinder studs. I also upgraded the entire CVT with a Taiwan Racing variator (longer ramps) organic fiber clutch with 1 inch longer pads, 1500 RPM with perforated clutch bell.
