Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today’s workout is Day 4 of our KPOP KICKSTART CHALLENGE. This style of exercise is a KPOP STRENGTH TO THE BEAT WORKOUT! We will begin with a warmup and work our way through upper body, lower body and full body weight routines. You will be challenged and sweating for sure! As this channel aims to be as inclusive as possible, there will be a triple screen that shows chair, low and high impact at the same time so please do what is best for you and take breaks as needed.
