No title. A group of women in white coats sit in chairs and listen to a teacher who stands by a poster of the human body. M/S of a group of woman standing around a girl who is having her hair combed. The female teacher is telling the girls how to cut hair. “Electric treatment is meted out to faces - (some deserve it, too.)“ C/U of a woman lying with her head back as a beauty therapist gives her a face massage. The therapist seems to have some electrical device attached to her wrist. This apparently makes a circuit. C/U of the woman’s wrist. C/U of someone else’s hand holding another part of the device - looks like a cattle prod! The client then receives a high frequency massage with a bizarre looking contraption. A rotating wheel that is applied to the skin. “Double chins, furrowed foreheads - there’s a beautifier for all.“ C/U of woman wearing bizarre rubber chin wrap. This presumably tightens the chin.
