Full title reads: “France. Cycling Extraordinary! 150 start in novel race all uphill - changing clothes on route - 4 miles through Paris traffic to Montmartre, and Schutz (winner) did it in 11 1/2 minutes!!“ Paris, France. Various shots of cyclists racing around the streets of Paris. The cycle past Les Invalides. The cyclists leap from their bicycles and change into clothes - trousers and jackets - instead of their cycling gear. More shots of them riding around the City between the notorious Paris traffic. Shots of yet another clothing stop. More cycling - the riders approach the famous Moulin Rouge Cinema / theatre. Shot of cyclist No. 13 - presumably the winner - Schultz - being congratulated.
