Story ostensibly about testing car bumpers. An open topped car is driven into the back of another car. Crowds watch as cars are driven into each other. Car is driven into a concrete pillar and the driver is thrown completely out of the car! Crowds gather around him. M/S of the driver holding the steering wheel of the car then sits on the bumper.
