Morayshire, Scotland. Various shots of the Scottish highlands with picturesque mountains and lochs. L/S of some trees, the camera pans round to show an ice rink, people are playing the sport of Curling. M/S of a man crouched down holding a brush, there are various ’stones’ on the ice. M/S of two men running in front of their stone brushing the ice quickly to make it go faster, this is known as ’sooping’. M/S as it hits another stone. M/S of an elderly man sliding the stone across the ice, L/S as a man runs after it and it hits some other stones. Various shots of the stones sliding and men frantically brushing in front of them.
