Full title reads: “BIRMINGHAM HOSPITAL EXTENSION - Provincial Grand Master of Warwickshire lays the Foundation Stone with full Masonic rites.“ Birmingham, Midlands. Procession of men in Masonic costume comes to lay the foundation stone for Birmingham and Midland Skin Hospital extension. Nurses and hospital staff are seen standing around. Provincial Grand Master of Warwickshire takes a large stamp and stamps all four corners of the stone and utters Masonic message - wishes for the work to be completed. He stamps the corners again and declares the stone well and truly laid ’in the name of the great architect.“ He splashes the stone with pepper, talks a bit more and then the men start singing.
