Full title reads: “Peterborough - 60 YEARS . - Marquis of Exeter makes presentation to Mr. G. W. Fitzwilliam - owner of famous Fitzwilliam pack that has been hunted for centuries.“ Peterborough. People seated on chairs somewhere outdoors - possibly field. Marquis of Exeter stands up and presents Mr Fitzwilliam who then stands up and talks. He cannot remember his name!!!! During the speech he says: “...will remember the fox hunting and the-Fi... the-Fi... the-Fi... the family which I belong to...“ He finishes his speech and sits back on the chair.
