Full title reads: “CHIEF SCOUT SAILS - Lord & Lady Baden-Powell leave Tilbury for World tour.“ Tilbury, Essex. An elderly man, Lord Baden-Powell, who is the Chief Scout, followed by two other men, inspecting lines of Scouts. Lord Baden-Powell surrounded by the scouts talking (natural sound). He expresses his happiness to see them all, he thanks them for coming and also says that, on the other side of the world, where he is going, there are young scouts just the same as the English boys.
