Full title reads: “America. Without Comment! (The Editor - Pathe Gazette).“ United States of America (USA). Meeting of Amateur Home Brewer’s Union of the United States is called to order by man standing next to barrel. The man makes a speech about the aims of the group which is to teach people to make beer at home as a way to subvert the Prohibition laws and beat the bootleg liquor makers. He is speaking to people interested in home brewing. CU of tap on barrel as frothy beer comes out to fill glass. CU of man as he makes a toast - ’Here’s to home brew until we get the real beer back.’ He asks the viewing audience how they fancy a long cold glass of beer.
