An Exhibition Waltz (1927)

Dance performed by Fonder (?) and Tamara - the famous international dancers from London, Paris and New York. “Charlestons - Paso Dobles - and other dances come and go, but the dreamy seductive waltz goes on for ever.“ Tamara sits on Fonder’s shoulder as he turns and twists around a set featuring curtains, pillars and a fake window. they then dance a floaty, showy Waltz incorporating high kicks, spins and lifts. An unusual top shot shows Fonder spinning Tamara around as he holds her by the waist with her feet off the ground. Acrobatic! It looks almost like ice skating.
