Full title reads: “THE KING AT THE RACES - His Majesty attends Hamilton Meeting.“ Hamilton Park Racecourse, Scotland. Royal car, along with procession of several others, arrives to Hamilton Park Racecourse. Crowds cheer as Royal car carrying King George V and Queen Mary drives past. Several shots of the horses being paraded and getting ready for the race. Various shots of the race and the crowds watching. King and Queen leaving the car at Dreghorn Castle where the King drove straight after the races to attend the “Scoutinschaw“ - in place of Duke and Duchess of York who were absent owing to disposition of the Duke. Lines of scouts greeting the King and Queen. King and Queen with several dignitaries. Scouts running across the field and sitting down - great crowd. Pipers playing.
