A couple stand by the edge of a swimming pool. They climb into the water and grab hand weights from the side. Underwater shot shows the couple doing a Charleston. The part where they bend their knees and cross their hands over as they move their knees in and out is good! We then see the dancers from above as they dance underwater. They surface.
