Full title reads: “Portsmouth. End of ’Palmerston’s Folly’. The Royal Engineers built them in 1871 and men of the same regiment, now destroy them to clear ground for Portsmouth’s Municipal Aerodrome.“ Portsmouth, Hampshire.
