Mr P. E. Verstone rises to reed the message from the King (natural sound). He thanks all attending... welcome to the Australian Cricket team... the best wishes... etc. Applause as he finishes. British Prime Minister, Mr Ramsey MaCdonald. He also welcomes Australia’s cricketers - applause. Australian cricketer thanks for reception... talks about 52 ashtrays seeing stolen a similar reception four years ago. Then he says there are only 18 Australians at this table... - people laugh.
