Full title reads: “Berlin. ’Safety in the Air.’ Autogyro Windmill plane is making aerial tour of European capitals.“ Berlin, Germany. An auto-gyro aircraft is wheeled out of a hanger. SV of man - presumably inventor - talking to microphone. He introduces a man dressed in pilot’s outfit. MS man turning over propellor to start up autogyro. The craft takes off.
