Strong wind pushes wildfire along California coast

Blustery winds surged through California on Tuesday after downing trees, fanning wildfires and shutting off power to about 21,000 customers. A blaze west of Santa Barbara, northwest of Los Angeles, quickly spread to thousands of acres.
