Plants vs. Zombies 2

I love playing Plants Vs Zombies on my computer and was looking forward to Plants Vs Zombies 2. Unfortunately the developers decided to only make it available as a app. Since I don’t own a ipad or a device to play it on, I was excited when I heard I could on my computer using The BlueStacks program. I got BlueStacks and Played Plants vs Zombies 2 on it. A few days went by and I noticed that the sound was starting to get slow on the game. When I closed BlueStacks and reopened it the sound would then be corrected. Today when I tried to open Plants vs Zombies 2 it would load and then crash and send me back to the gaming screen as you can see in the video. I then upgrade BlueStacks to the new version and Plants Vs Zombies 2 still crashes. I had spent at least $50 buying stuff in this game so I am very irritated. I tried reinstalling Plants vs Zombies 2 but it does the same thing and the other popular program called the Andyriod when I try to download Plants Vs Zombies 2 it say “ Your Device does not support this app“ If anyone can tell me what I need to do please let me know.
