Prototype Rocket Breaks During Space X Pressure Test

SpaceX’s Starship rocket prototype ruptured during pressure testing at the space company’s Texas facility, Thursday, November 21. Video obtained by Reuters shows chunks of the prototype falling after the rocket ruptured in the company’s facility, in Boca Chica. The prototype - dubbed the Mk1 - was unveiled in September, when SpaceX CEO Elon Musk outlined a speedy development timeline for the Starship program, which was meant to transport humans to the moon and Mars.
