Oh my god, I love Psytrance! ❤️ All of these beautiful tracks to listen to over August for your September bangers mix and what a joy it has been to put it all together. I have a bias towards very melodic tracks with interesting chords and textures, but I can’t look past an interesting bassline! Psychobass and Spectree really hit the mark with Mad Scientist this month, with a super varied full-on bassline and vibey voiceovers. Sharmatix with Fleeting Travellers hit a beautiful sweet spot of evolving Goa melodies over comforting full-on grooves too! But I’d have to say my favourite for this month was Backmantra with Lookinwards - super fresh and what can I say, I am a Goa freak! I have a new logo after working with the amazing visual artist KOALACID (a fellow Aussie). We have collaborated on cover art for my debut track to be released soon and I cannot wait for you all to hear (and see) it!
