Finland Winter Wonderland - SUP in extreme cold -30c

One cold winter day me and my colleague had an idea to go take some video & photos of SUP in wintertime in extreme cold as the mist rises from the water. We asked a friend of ours to join as the model, ex SUP-instructor, who liked the idea and the very next day we went and shot this video. There were some challenges as the SUP-boards quickly developed an thick icecover and therefore were very slippery (except from where your feet “froze“). Also camera screen was frozen from the moisture cold. Still, it was a very unique experience to paddle along the near-frozen river in the mist, surrounded by icy and snowy landscapes.
