Dead man still walking

Dead man still walking. I don’t know who this man is from the video nor which side he fights for. He’s still alive, but the wound is arterial and from the torso. Can’t TQ that, can’t bandage that, can’t “put pressure on it”. Outside of rudimentary surgery, it’s over. That’s a man bleeding out and wandering into a basement with civilians readying tourniquettes for a non-applicable wound. He’d have died in there maybe a minute after, given when the video cuts off. Lucky - a minute to try and make peace.
