Founding member of the Black Eyed Peas and the first artist to send a song to Mars, conducts “Reach for the Stars“ with the National Symphony Orchestra LIVE at The Kennedy Center during a concert to celebrate NASA’s 60th anniversary. Part of: “NSO Pops: Space, the Next Frontier“ Featuring , Clifton Ross III, and School Without Walls Concert Choir The NSO in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) celebrated NASA’s 60th anniversary on June 1, 2018. The NSO performed music inspired by space—both fact and fiction—ranging from the theme to 2001: A Space Odyssey—Strauss’s Also Sprach Zarathustra—to music from Carl Sagan’s Golden Record and more.
