“God Save the King“ - Coronation of King Charles III of the United Kingdom

The coronation of Charles III of the United Kingdom and his wife, Camilla, as King and Queen consort of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms. it was the symbolic high point of his rise. King Charles III succeeded to the throne on 8 September 2022, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom. The coronation was an occasion of state, which took place on 6 May 2023, at Westminster Abbey, formally marking Charles III’s accession to the British throne.
