10 MIN Quick Core Cardio Workout | FRESH START

Its the first workout of the fresh start series! Today we will be doing a quick 10 minute cardio abs workout. This workout is fast and to the point. We have no walking breaks between exercises; we just go from one to the next. Take your time and take it at your own pace This is the first workout of the FRESH START SERIES!
