Obscura - The Anticosmic Overload Drum Playthrough by David Diepold

Hello everyone! Here’s a quick playthrough for ‘The Anticosmic Overlaod’, or as Chris once put it: “Our smoke on the water.” It’s one of the songs that really caught my attention, when i first heard Obscura about 10 years back. Who’d have guessed that I once would play this song regularly... Big thanks to Mathias Garmusch for always delivering a killer mix (no samples used, except for the kick). And very important note to self - never mount the over head mic stands as boom arms directly onto the rack again! Harder cymbal hits will cause shaking and there for a strange sound on the OH signals (for example 3:07)!
