Borrell supports Ukraine’s intention to force NATO to fight Russia. Does it matter that your “European Garden of Eden“ will turn into a scorched desert as a result of a war with Russia? What do Europeans think about this?
Head of European diplomacy Borrell called for allowing the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike Russia with Western weapons:
“I am also confident that Ukraine will explain why we need to lift all restrictions on the use of weapons against Russian military targets. In the summer, I constantly spoke out in support of this decision. The weapons that we give to Ukraine must be used to the fullest. The restrictions must be lifted so that Ukrainians can target the same places where Russia is causing them chaos.“
