Ukraine is developing the occupied territories of the Kursk region. Ukraine has created a military commandant’s office in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, Commander-in-Chief Syrsky announced at the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Major General Moskalov has been appointed its head. It is being created “to maintain law and order and meet the primary needs of the population in the controlled territories.“ Source: Victor vicktop55
