Healthy Christmas Cake 🍰 ‘Tis the season to enjoy your favourite foods!🎄But this time, let’s enjoy it guilt free! 😄 Here is the healthiest version of your favourite Christmas plum cake so your whole family can enjoy a delicious treat 🎅🏻 Ingredients: -1 cup mixed dry fruits -1 cup orange juice (or juice of your choice) Dry ingredients: -1 cup whole wheat flour -3/4 cup oat flour -1 tsp cinnamon powder -1/4 tsp nutmeg powder -1/4 tsp clove powder -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp baking powder -Salt Wet ingredients: -1 cup yogurt -1 cup date syrup (or honey) -1/3 cup oil Method: 1. Chop mixed dry fruits and soak in orange juice overnight 2. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius 3. Sift dry ingredients and set it aside 4. Combine wet ingredients and mix well 5. Add in soaked dry fruits into wet mix 6. Combine dry and wet ingredients till no lumps of flour can be seen 7. Line a baking
