It will include my top 20 favourite/recommended anime as well as 5 other series as honorable mentions. That list won’t include any long series(100 episodes , One Piece, Naruto ) due their big diverse fandom(=war), length(=tiring long) and unique structure that would make their comparison with short series unfair.
