Listen to the whole ’If it were written by series’ on Spotify: Voodoo Child (Slight Return) is one of Jimi Hendrix’ most famous songs. It’s a song that showcases his raw and pure way of playing guitar, with wailing solos. For this one in Dire Straits style I went with the Les Paul again, and went with a sound that’s reminiscent of Heavy Fuel.
