If you’re looking for how to do this on Battle Net, I’ll leave a link to my video explaining how to do that in the pinned comment below! So if you’ve pre-ordered the game through steam, You simply just need to open it up and you’ll find that your library has been updated to include the beta. Click on Modern Warfare 2 Beta with-in your library and then you can click pre-load to get your download started early today. This will let you play for the entire 2nd weekend of the beta which starts at 10am PST on the 22nd of September until 10am on the 26th. If you have an early access code then you’ll need to head to the call of duty redeem website that’s linked in the pinned comment below and then log-in to your call of duty account, You’ll then want to click on your profile along the top and choose linked accounts. Here you want to make sure that your steam account is linked with your call of duty account. Once you’ve done that then you can head back to that redeem page, Enter your code, Select Steam as your Platform, Choose your region and then hit submit. This will bring up a second code that you’ll then need to redeem with-in Steam. To do that open steam back up, Click on Games along the top menu, Select activate a product on steam and then follow the prompts to enter that second code and then start your download of the beta. This also will also allow you to play the entire second weekend of the beta from 10am PSt on the 22nd of September until the 26th. Now if you haven’t pre-ordered and you don’t have a code then at 10am PST on the 24th of september you’ll just be able to search the store for Modern Warfare 2 Beta and then get your download started from there.
