“Out of Time“ was the opening track on James Dewar’s single solo album, 1988’s Stumbledown Romancer. Though the album was completed in the late 1970s at the height of his career, it was never released until 1998 (Chrysalis), and even then it only had a limited release and because of that it is an ultra rare CD.
The album featured a handful of originals by Dewar and Procol Harum’s Matthew Fischer, but was mostly cover versions of songs by other artists. “Out of Time“ was of course originally released by
