Source: My sister Liz & I wanted to make Kouign Amann French pastries (an 8-hour project), but the dough didn’t rise the first two tries, so we coaxed the yeast with @AndraDayMusic’s “Rise Up.” Warning: I can’t hit the high notes (or the low ones).
