Torrential rains in Djibouti have led to flash floods, devastating infrastructure, homes, and livelihoods nationwide.
Djibouti City experienced a two-year equivalent rainfall, with over 300mm recorded.
Government data shows around 250,000 people, a quarter of the population, affected by the floods.
Concerns mount for 150,000 individuals, including migrants and refugees, in urgent need of humanitarian aid.
