Join us as we prepare two delicious Arabian dishes: Mashgothah and Arikah, crafted by an Arab woman in the most authentic and traditional way and visit the bustling and amazing Tuesday Market to find some amazing variations of honey. First, we make Mashgothah using flour from Aseerian wheat. The dough is mixed with water, kneaded thoroughly, and cooked in a pan without any oil or butter until it’s perfectly done. Next, we prepare Arikah by mixing corn flour with yogurt and cooking it until bubbles appear, indicating it’s ready.
