3D Printed Circular Sock Knitting Machine

This is a demonstration of my new 3D printed circular sock knitting machine (cskm). In this video I show how to get the knitting started and what to do with skipped stitches. I also show how to switch from a waste yarn to the main yarn you will use. Various other tips are also mentioned. A close up of how the loops are formed is at the end of the video. I am not the original designer of these 3D printing files. My goal for this video is to demonstrate how to use it should you choose to print it and to help save you the hours of searching I took to figure it out. I have been knitting since 2009, however this is my first foray into machine knitting. I am using yarn gifted to me without a ball band. It is likely fingering weight. The weights used are washers, but were purchased in a kit for putting weight on warp threads during weaving, thus I call them weights. I hope you find this video helpful and thank you so much for watching and subscribing! The printer: Creality
