Irish folk music - Mountain Dew

No one seems to know who originally wrote it, but the earliest known recording of the song was cut in 1927 by John Griffin. I’ve heard that old Irish moonshine could make you go blind, but on a positive note it could also run your tractor ! It was strong and was just what the working men of 19th century Ireland needed. The Pogues do a fantastic cover of this song which is what my version is mainly based off. I know this isn’t my typical genre or style, but for me to do my best work i need to enjoy myself. This time I felt like making some Irish folk music so here it is. - Mountain dew
