Muslims mark first night of Ramadan with Al-Aqsa Mosque prayers

Muslims in occupied East Jerusalem have been celebrating the first night of Ramadan with prayers inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque. It is a very different picture since last year when COVID restrictions kept the site closed to worshippers during Islam’s holy month.
