Speed Test : iOS 13 GM How fast is it?

As expected Apple released the GM version of iOS 13 after the event today. The GM comes with build number #17A577, and will be with 99.9% certainty be identical to the final version which will be released September 19th. The Apple event was packed with good stuff but for me I was waiting for the release of iOS 13 GM, as I am dying to do the last tests on the performance and especially the app launch speed improvement which we have seen starting to show in the last few beta version.
