On June 19, 2011 Richard “Steelo“ Vazquez was taken to the hospital with headaches and was found to have had a ruptured brain aneurysm. Known for his b-boy moves and member of the Groovaloos, Killafornia, Footwork Fanatix, and also starring in “The LXD“, the dance community came together last Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the Debbie Reynolds during Groove Nite, GROOVE NITE, a weekly open practice session. Steelo is thankfully in recovery after a lengthy surgery, but will be unable to work for some time and with a baby and wife, they need the communities support right now.
