This is a clip of the audio and video footage from the Online Tanabata Festival. The festival was an online concert that was organized by Yoko Kanno, also known as Captain Duckling, on July 7, 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this event was to uplift people around the world and ensure that the involved artists and professionals would not go out of business or lose their skills. We would like to thank the many supporters who supported the project through a crowdfunding campaign called “Hiyoko(Duckling) Funding,“ where they purchased original T-shirts and made donations, which helped the event come to fruition.
