In the world of social media food videos and workouts, we are overwhelmed by diets, supplements, booty bands and every style of training. Everyone claiming theirs is the one that works and will change your life. In the end all these can be useful and added into your routine to help, But what really matters is choosing meals and workouts that are realistic for you?
