Classic TV Theme: Father Dowling Mysteries (Full Stereo)

Based on a series of mystery novels by Ralph McInerny this series took a lot of liberties with the characters. But it was a pleasant cozy mystery hour, not too far removed from Dick van Dyke’s crime-solving doctor. The theme is by Dick De Benedictis who scored some of the ’Perry Mason’ movies. We’ve included an extra closing credits sequence (from the original pilot film) along with the series version.
