Brad and Emmanuel take their fresh catch of Blackfin Tuna and Blackfin Snapper straight to the grill after some off-shore Miami sea-doo fishing adventures! Brad scales and cleans the fish, before he makes a homemade crispy salad (bok choy, smashed persian cucumbers, raddichio, sweet peppadews, tomatoes, Thai basil, garlic, mangoooo, and mint!) and vinaigrette salad dressing for a fun, learning experience for these two fast friends.
