Side Scrolling Car AI - Evolved Neural Net

They are quite unstable and love to fall over, but by ruthlessly selecting those out, they become very stable and quick. I added neural feedback to the network so they can have a rudimentary internal state. They seem to utilize it as a race / climb switch.
