10 Hours Sounds of Spring Mountain Stream - for Sleep, Work, Relaxation and Meditation ASMR

This video was created in the Stolby National Park in Eastern Siberia, Russia. I couldn’t get past the beautifully winding stream in this narrow valley. When I was shooting this material, I drowned the keys to my car, I had to take off my shoes and climb into the ford of this stormy stream and feel the bottom of the stream. The stream was not deep but very cold, my legs were cramped, but I didn’t have to look for long, just a couple of minutes) When I got out of the water, I put the camera, the microphone, sat down next to it and began to rub my cold feet and drink hot tea from a thermos. Stolby Nature Reserve is a Russian strict nature reserve located 10 km south of the city of Krasnoyarsk, on the northwestern spurs of the Eastern Sayan Mountains.
