BEASTMODE CHEST AND TRICEP WORKOUT | Intense Upper Body | Day 8

Front delts, chest and triceps worked to the max in this upper body workout invoking dumbbells and bodyweight! All exercises performed for 40 seconds for 4 sets to assist muscle growth (hypertrophy)! For this upper body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for bodyweight dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are each and 9kg each! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work throughout with 20 seconds rest inbetween each exercise! Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets! CHEST PRESS FLYES PUSH UPS DIAMOND PRESS DIPS TRICEP PRESS TRICEP PUSH UPS LYING OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION DIAMOND COBRA PUSH UPS Finisher: 45 seconds each!
