Yazz Ahmed & Lewis Wright @ the Cowshed - Improvisation D Take IV

The fourth of five little films from a fun day out at the Cowshed studio, starting work on my next album (working title “La Saboteuse”). Continuing the exploration of my musical heritage, Lewis Wright and I recorded some short improvisations/spontaneous compositions experimenting with an Arabic scale. I love this studio and being able to use the great vintage outboard gear, including the Watkins Copy Cat Tape Delay and the massive plate reverb, which is housed in the yard just outside the studio door.
